The stated terms and conditions set out the rules and regulations for the use of the Pet Fun Design Website.
The main objective of Pet Fun Design is to offer guarantees to its customers and users, establishing for this purpose high levels of quality, in order to safeguard the interests of customers and generating, consequently, standards of reciprocal trust.
Pet Fun Design is a designation of the responsibility of Thais Soares, Unipessoal LDA., located in Oeiras, VATIN 517207400, with the email address [email protected], whose purpose is the provision of pet products disclosed electronically through the address to access the online store - http://www.petfundesign.com - under the terms and conditions described herein.
In accordance with the Portuguese Decree-Law No. 110/2018, of December 10, Pet Fun Design owns the industrial property of all the products presented on its website.

The use of the contents of the website is subject to the express authorization of Pet Fun Design or the holder of the Intellectual Property rights.
By using the service available on the website, the user guarantees to be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. Users under this age must have the authorisation of their legal representatives.
Scope of Application
These general conditions of use and contracting of products apply to users of the website, in the context of any operations and transactions of a commercial or other nature, carried out through the same.

As campanhas ou promoções efetuadas na loja online, bem como atribuição de ofertas ou brindes, poderão não ser aplicadas em encomendas realizadas via telefone, e-mail, redes sociais ou compras realizadas nas lojas físicas. Como tal, antes de efetuar a encomenda, o cliente deverá sempre questionar se é possível ter acesso à campanha ou promoção em vigor.
Pet Fun Design strictly follows the procedures necessary to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products presented on the website are in compliance. However, situations may occur in which the information relating to the product, including prices and promotional campaigns, has not been correctly published.
In these cases, it reserves the right not to follow up orders with these products. If the customer orders any of these products, Pet Fun Design will contact you, informing you of the impossibility of continuing the order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to consult the indications for use and assembly on the packaging of products. Pet Fun Design is not responsible for improper use or incorrect administration by the customer.

All orders for products available in stock, settled, will be processed and shipped within 20 working days after the order date in the national territory and 30 working days for locations outside Portugal. This condition is not applicable in case of momentary stock failure; in festive and/or promotional periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Week/Friday, among others); in period of State of Emergency; or in case of problems with carriers.
If there is unavailability of the product ordered, Pet Fun Design will inform the customer of this fact within 1 to 5 working days after the order request, the customer can choose one of the following solutions available:
a) wait for the missing product to be replaced;
b) replacement of the missing product with an equivalent product;
c) placing the value of the product in credit (to use for a future purchase);
d) return of the full amount of the product (if payment has already been made);
e) order cancellation.
When the customer chooses to replace the product in rupture by a product available in stock, if the replacement product has a higher value, the additional costs are borne by the customer. If the replacement product has a lower value than the value paid by the customer, this value is returned by Pet Fun Design or, to expedite the process, may be in credit for a later order, if the customer so authorizes.
If the customer chooses to return the full value of the product in breach, Pet Fun Design will reimburse the customer within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of the return request and / or the date of identification of the bank account for the transfer of the value.
After ordering online or over the phone, if the customer requests Pet Fun Design to make a change to the order (add or remove product, add discount coupon, etc.), that change will only be completed if approved by Pet Fun Design. If it results in an amount to be settled for the customer, Pet Fun Design will not process the order until the amount has been settled.
After settling the amount, the customer must notify Pet Fun Design informing that the order is already settled and / or sending proof of payment, so that the order can be followed.
The following payment methods are accepted:
Debit or credit card payment.
The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.
To the value of the products ordered is added the shipping fee that will be presented at the time before completing the order.
If the payment methods made available to the customer result in taxes or fees, unrelated to the goods and products purchased online, such as customs taxes, Pet Fun Design is not responsible for the refund of any amounts inherent in them, in case of order return.
In the event of stock shortage, the customer will be contacted by email or phone in order to ensure partial delivery or cancellation of the order.
If the customer has already made the payment of the order in full, Pet Fun Design will present several solutions:
a) return of the full amount paid;
b) replacement with another product of the same value;
c) value in credit for a next order.
A Pet Fun Design reserva-se no direito de cancelar a encomenda caso o pagamento não tenha sido efetuado ou o comprovativo enviado nas 48 horas seguintes à encomenda.
O utilizador poderá cancelar a encomenda online efetuada no site a qualquer momento, anterior à sua expedição, com direito ao reembolso total do valor pago. Após expedição, o cliente pode devolver o(s) produto(s) mas os encargos dos portes de envio e devolução serão suportados pelo cliente.
Exchanges and Returns
Pet Fun Design's priority is to provide quality products and services. If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with a particular item purchased on petfundesign.com, the following options will be made available to them.
Right of withdrawal from the distance contract
Upon receipt of the order, the user has the right to terminate the contract and return his purchase without having to invoke any reason, provided that the following has not been used the products or invalidated any of the components of the product(s). The Customer must notify Pet Fun Design of the intention to terminate the contract by any means susceptible of proof. The period of free resolution is 14 days from the moment the customer, or a third party indicated by him, acquires physical possession of the good.
Upon the above identified resolution, Pet Fun Design will reimburse the Customer for all payments received, including shipping costs, except when the Customer has requested a different and more expensive shipping method than the commonly accepted and less expensive method proposed by Pet Fun Design.
However, it is up to the customer to bear the cost of the return.
The refund of the amounts paid by the customer will occur within 14 working days after the date on which Pet Fun Design has been informed of the termination of the contract and will be made through the payment method used by the buyer or other agreed between the parties. The refund will only occur after receipt and verification of the returned products.
Pet Fun Design is not responsible for the refund of any amounts inherent in fees or charges resulting from the method of payment chosen by the customer.
The customer can exchange/return any item, with the exception of:
– Incomplete, damaged or marked products.
– Gift/Gift Cards.
– Articles whose nature does not allow exchanges / returns for hygiene reasons.
The customer has a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer or a third person on behalf of the customer, with the exception of the carrier and indicated by the consumer, to submit the exchange/return request. To initiate the exchange/return process, the customer must send an email to [email protected], indicating the order number, the date of receipt of the order and the reference of the product(s) to be exchanged/returned.

The exchange/return request will be accepted by Pet Fun Design provided that the returned item(s) are intact, complete and have not been used. Pet Fun Design therefore reserves the right to assess the condition of the items and their components before deciding whether it is possible to exchange/return the items in question.
If the product that the customer wants to exchange/return has been purchased under a promotional campaign, in which the customer benefited from an offer, the customer must return the product in question, as well as the offer that was awarded with that purchase. Both the product and the offer must be in the aforementioned conditions for the exchange/return to be accepted.
Each of the items to be exchanged/returned should therefore be sent to Pet Fun Design under the conditions described above, in the original shipping box or other alternative that ensures the proper preservation of the product. The return costs are always charged to the customer, who can send the article(s) through a carrier of his choice or, if preferred, request an appointment at the headquarters of Pet Fun Design to proceed with the delivery of the articles at the headquarters of the same.
The lack of any element that prevents the return of the product for sale in its original conditions, namely the lack of any part, accessory or instruction manual that has been provided to the customer, implies the immediate classification of the product as "incomplete" and, as such, the consequent non-acceptance of the exchange or return.
If any of the conditions listed above is not met, the customer will lose the right to be reimbursed.
Products damaged in transport
Before opening the package, you should check if the packaging coincides with the order, making a complaint if there is any inconsistency. And refusing to receive it.
If the product is damaged during transport, Pet Fun Design will exchange it. To do this, the customer must indicate on the carrier's note, the anomalies found in the packaging at the time you detect the anomaly, specifying that it will be "subject to verification". You should also contact Pet Fun Design through the e-mail [email protected], reporting the situation.
If the customer accepts to receive the order and the product is damaged inside, Pet Fun Design reserves the right not to exchange or refund the amount paid for the product.
Production errors/inconsistency in the order
Being Pet Fun Design notified by the customer, through the e-mail [email protected], and confirming that there has been an exchange in the product(s) shipped or an error in the production of the same, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the product, including the cost of shipping and returning the same. Pet Fun Design will proceed to send a new product by the same method previously selected. In cases where the customer requests a shipping method with a higher cost than previously established, it is necessary to pay the missing amount so that the new product can be shipped.
