A project that's also a family
Our story
Gisele and Thais Xavier are sisters. Although they were born in São Paulo, they spent their childhood on their grandparents’ farm.
In 2020, they crossed the Atlantic ocean to live in Portugal. In their luggage, they brought their passion for design and animals.
A new challenge
Portugal’s arrival coincided with the pandemic.
The family, also constituted by a smiley girl named Ana Clara and four cats, was confined at the same time that adapted to a new country.
Soon enough, the family grew. Max,the first and only puppy in the group, joined the four cats. Yet, the adaptation wasn’t easy, especially forPudimandJussara.
Pudim, the only male cat, developed the habit of marking his territory on the furniture. Jussara, the wisest cat in the family, was presenting digestive problems.
The birth of Pet Fun Design
To create more comfort for their felines, Thais and Gisele rolled up their sleeves and developed two pieces of furniture that helped them overcome their problems.
The furniture was a success inside and outside the house. Understanding that they could help more animals and families, they decided to start their project, Pet Fun Design.
