Products and orders

All orders for products available in stock and already paid by the client will be processed and expedited within 20 business days in Portugal and 30 business days outside of the country.

 Whenever possible, we ask our clients to make their purchases through our online store. However, in case there’s any doubt and/or if you can’t finish your order, you can reach out to us by WhatsApp and ask for help.

Yes. According to our Terms and Conditions, the client can cancel an order at any moment before its expedition and be reimbursed in full.

Yes, you can return a product as long as it was never used and is in perfect condition. The product should be sent by mail to Pet Fun Design headquarters at the following address: Avenida Copacabana nº 5, Cave Esquerda, 2780-226, Oeiras, Portugal.

After receiving the product and verifying its condition, we will proceed to the full reimbursement of the product. If that’s not possible, we will create a discount code to be used on a future purchase.

 If your package doesn’t arrive within 30 business days, you should reach out to Pet Fun Design by email, and we’ll find a solution.

When receiving the order, the client should verify if there is any defect or anomaly. In case there are, you should refuse the order and reach out to Pet Fun Design by email so we can proceed, according to the clients’ wishes to one of the following solutions:

  1. replace the order by an equal product;
  2. replace the order by a product of equal value; 
  3. reimburse for the full payment of the order;
  4. create a discount code for a future purchase.

On the other hand, if the client chooses to accept the package visibly altered and if the product is damaged on its inside, Pet Fun Design reserves the right to not exchange it or reimburse the client in any way.

Yes. When placing an order, you can indicate that it’s a gift and write a personalized message that we will send with the order.


At the moment we accept payment trough Paypal, MBWay, debit and credit card. We use the If Then Pay platform to ensure the confidentiality and safety of your data.

You can insert your discount code at the checkout moment before placing your order.

Shipping locations and costs

Yes, it’s possible to collect orders at our headquarters with an appointment. Please reach out to us after receiving your order confirmation so we can schedule your pickup.

Our products can be sent to Portugal, Madeira, the Azores, and European countries. 

If you are in another country and want to purchase one of our products, please reach out through email.

We send our products exclusively through CTT (the Portuguese Postal Offices).

Our products have free shipping on orders of 100€ or more. For orders below that amount, we charge a fixed rate of 6.00€. All pickups at headquarters are free of charge but require a previous appointment.

In cases like this, we will have to analyze each situation and confirm with the client. In case the client no longer wants to place the order, we will reimburse the full value.
